What is Harmony?
Harmony is a high-throughput blockchain project designed to scale to 10 million transactions per second, with applications ranging from decentralized maps to self organising swarm robots and autonomous vehicles. The team are comprised of individuals with a history working at Microsoft, Google and Apple, among some of the other biggest tech companies in the world, as well as holding 4 PHDs between them. Despite only having released a whitepaper and uploading some repositories to GitHub, the project has already generated a lot of hype.
When is the Harmony ICO?
We anticipate the Harmony ICO to be around Q3 2018, but it is not clear yet whether there will be a public sale or not. Based off the way some other high profile projects have headed e.g. Dfinity and VideoCoin, we anticipate a public airdrop to be more likely. To make sure you are eligible it is best to get involved with the project in as many ways as possible i.e. sign up to email lists and join Telegram when it is created.
